If you ever walked into a gun store, you will notice the following:
- The person behind the counter is wearing a firearm
- Surveillance cameras
- Iron bars on the windows
What may or may not be noticeable is an alarm system. The vast majority of gun stores have some type of alarm system; but, some do not. You can rest assured that thieves will be able to detect whether or not a gun store has an alarm system while they are “casing” the store. The gun store owner in this news report believed the three items mentioned were enough protection. Apparently not!
